Who attends the DataConnect Conference?

DataConnect has an international presence and brings together industry professionals, entrepreneurs, and academia. Past attendees include Analysts, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Researchers, Software Developers/Engineers, Students, and Executives.

What time should I arrive?

Doors will open at 7:30am Eastern Time for check-in.

Is there a dress code?

There is no official dress code for the conference or associated events, outside of required shirts and shoes. We suggest comfortable business casual attire.

Can I transfer my Conference Pass to a colleague if I can no longer attend?

Yes, you may transfer your pass to a colleague up to 30 days before the conference. To do so, please email info@womeninanalytics.com with your full name, email, and order # along with the recipients’ full name, contact email, job title, and organization.

Your transfer request must be emailed to us by Tuesday, June 11th, 2024. Recipients of a student / nonprofit ticket transfer must provide the required validation.

Where can I find a Visa Letter of Invitation?

Will video recordings be available after the event?

Yes! DataConnect sessions will be videotaped, edited, and shared via the WIA Membership Community after the event.

How can I support the DataConnect Conference?

There any many ways to get involved and support DataConnect.

Companies:

What sessions will be live-streamed?

All keynotes and breakout sessions, as well as the main panel and fireside chat, will be live-streamed through the event platform. Broadcasts will begin 2 minutes before the session's scheduled start time.

Will sessions be recorded?

DataConnect presentations will be available shortly after the event. Each session recording will be edited and shared via the WIA Membership Community. We will notify you by email when recordings are available.
