Rehgan Blelie is the Co-Founder and CEO of AlignAI, an AI Adoption and Governance Platform that is helping enterprises get value out of AI quickly and safely. With a decade of experience in this space, she has worked with highly regulated companies to design and architect data and AI solutions. As an industry leader, she has keynoted and spoken at over 50 conferences and several top podcasts discussing the challenges of the organizational changes needed to maximize the value of artificial intelligence.
In addition to her role at AlignAI, Rehgan is also the Founder of Women in Analytics, a global organization aimed at elevating diverse voices, fostering collaboration, and building a strong community in data, analytics, and AI. This community has over 7000 members and hosts a global conference that has put over 250 women on the stage.
Lauren Burke-McCarthy is a Senior Data Science Lead at Further, where she guides organizations in the strategic enablement and implementation of innovative AI solutions. Previously a Data Scientist at CoverMyMeds, Lauren built models and systems to improve understanding of user needs, enhance products, and discover opportunities. She began her data science career in the retail space, developing solutions across several areas, including supply chain, inventory management, and enterprise business.
Lauren is the Director of Operations of Women in Analytics, where her primary focus lies in strategy and community growth. She also hosts the WIA After Hours podcast. Lauren serves as a Core Advisor on the Midwest Big Data Hub's Community Advisory Panel, a member of TECH CORPS' Regional Steering Committee, Chair of COSI's KINETIC Board, and a founding member of scikit-learn's Communication Team. She is the recipient of the inaugural Ohio Trailblazers Award, celebrating women transforming Ohio tech.
Kelsey Dingelstedt is a dynamic and forward-thinking leader, currently serving as the CEO of Women in Analytics. In her role, she expertly orchestrates the day-to-day operations across multiple departments, ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality for the Women in Analytics Community, the DataConnect Conference, and the DataConnect satellite events.
Kelsey holds a dual academic background, having studied Hospitality Management and English at Ohio State University, as well as Entrepreneurship at Columbus State Community College. Her educational journey reflects her deep passion for hospitality, food and beverage, and exceptional customer service.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kelsey is a certified Yoga Teacher, an advanced-level scuba diver, and a dedicated hiker. She is also an aspiring sommelier, bringing her enthusiasm for culinary arts and fine wines to her personal life.
