She's passionate about leveling the playing field for women and those underrepresented in tech. And in her spare time, outside of many coaching & mentoring calls, she runs, reads lots of sci-fi/fantasy, and adventures a ton with her two small kids and husband.

As a Survey Program Owner at Microsoft, Ketaki lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of research surveys, feedback, and action planning tools that support the company's culture and values. Ketaki also partners with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the global workforce.

Previously, Ketaki worked as a Global Talent Management Associate at Johnson & Johnson, where she contributed to the succession, performance, and assessment programs. She also collaborated with internal and external experts to develop and validate psychometric instruments and methodologies for talent identification and development.

Her mission is to leverage technology and data to create positive and impactful experiences for employees and organizations, while advancing the field of organizational psychology through research and innovation.
