As a Survey Program Owner at Microsoft, Ketaki lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of research surveys, feedback, and action planning tools that support the company's culture and values. Previously, Ketaki worked as a Global Talent Management Associate at Johnson & Johnson, where she contributed to the succession, performance, and assessment programs.
